I love Alice Neel! I'm sure you know this story, but in case you don't, there is a really fascinating about one of her subjects (the Fuller Brush salesman) There's a whole book about getting the man's name back to be associated with the painting, but even moreso, a twitter thread: https://twitter.com/cagoldberglaw/status/1401936778181976066?lang=en
That is a fabulous prompt - I can't wait to see some entries! I spent a very brief period of time at the Dallas Museum of Art this weekend while waiting until it was a decent time to drop my sister off at the airport. I could spent hours looking at landscape art, personally.
Hello there!Sorry, its not really the right place to ask this. I couldn't think where else is best. I was your patreon before moving to slowpoke to follow you here. I was about to watch a video with gouache and sketchbooks, but they are all gone. Is there any way they can be watched somewhere else? I know the videos are not recent, I somehow assume they I will have an access to them for a long time and didn't watch it straight away.
Thank you for doing the #transmundanetuesdays prompts. I have a lot of fun participating each month!
